Step 1: Install IBO Player on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for "IBO Player" in the search bar.
  3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
  4. Once installed, open IBO Player. You will see your Device ID and Device Key on the main screen.
  5. Send these details to our support team to activate your Cinewy playlist.

Step 2: Install IBO Player on Amazon Fire TV Stick

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, go to Search.
  2. Type "IBO Player" and select it from the results.
  3. Click Download or Get.
  4. Once installed, open the app and note your Device ID and Device Key.
  5. Contact our support team to link your Cinewy subscription.

Tip: If IBO Player does not appear in the Amazon Appstore search, you can sideload it using the Downloader app by AFTVnews. Install Downloader from the Appstore, then enter the IBO Player download URL.

Step 3: Install IBO Player on Windows

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Click Get to download and install.
  4. Launch the app and note your Device ID and Device Key.
  5. Send these to our support team for activation.

Step 4: Install IBO Player on macOS

  1. Open the Mac App Store.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Click Get to download and install.
  4. Launch IBO Player and note your credentials.
  5. Contact our support team to complete setup.

Step 5: Install IBO Player on Samsung & LG Smart TVs

  1. On your Samsung or LG Smart TV, open the built-in App Store (Samsung App Store or LG Content Store).
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Install the app.
  4. Open IBO Player and note the Device ID and Device Key displayed on screen.
  5. Send these details to our support team to activate your subscription.

Adding Your Cinewy Playlist

Once IBO Player is installed and activated, you can add your Cinewy playlist in two ways:

Option A: M3U / Streaming Line

  1. Open IBO Player and navigate to Settings.
  2. Select "Add Playlist".
  3. Choose "M3U URL".
  4. Paste the M3U link provided by Cinewy support.
  5. Save and your channels will begin loading.

Option B: Xtream Codes

  1. Open IBO Player and navigate to Settings.
  2. Select "Add Playlist".
  3. Choose "Xtream Codes".
  4. Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password provided by Cinewy support.
  5. Save and start streaming.

Tips for Best Performance

  • Ensure a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps for HD streaming or 50 Mbps for 4K.
  • Use an Ethernet connection rather than Wi-Fi where possible for the most stable experience.
  • Clear the IBO Player cache periodically via Settings > Clear Cache if you experience any issues.
  • Keep IBO Player updated to the latest version for optimal performance and new features.
  • If your stream buffers, try switching to a lower quality setting temporarily, then increase once stable.
